Hollis R. Chase
Hollis offers each client concrete ideas and an unwavering focus on developing actionable, results-oriented plans. Some recent projects include facilitation of management and board retreats; work with firms to integrate new practices; client strategy coaching with partners to increase business; delivery of client development training programs for partners and associates and planning with professional networks to leverage strategic alliances. She also provides business transition services, including succession planning, in collaboration with her network of trusted advisors. Her experience and expertise has garnered many long-term relationships with CEOs, partners, owners and senior-level professionals. As an adjunct to her consulting practice, Hollis has been a mentor, coach and facilitator for services organizations including the Southeastern Entrepreneurship Center, Center for Women & Enterprise, and Practicing Law Institute. She actively supports the Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly, the ALS Association and The Nature Conservancy. A lifetime member of Weight Watchers International, with a strong personal commitment to health and wellness, she is currently a meeting leader as part of their Corporate AT WORK program. Prior to founding Chase & Associates, Hollis held positions in sales and marketing management, product development and organizational development with leading companies in technology, manufacturing, and higher education. A nationally-recognized presenter, panel moderator and workshop leader, Hollis holds her BA degree, Magna cum laude, in Organizational Psychology from Syracuse University.
